CONTENT+ DESIGN INTERN

Vertiq is a boutique marketing studio working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and execution. We partner with nonprofits, wellness brands, small businesses, and athletes to build with clarity and intention.

We’re looking for a Creative Brand Operations Intern to support content execution and day-to-day client work across multiple accounts.

Role Overview

This role blends creativity and organization. You’ll support content calendars, posting, and internal workflows while gaining hands-on experience working directly with real client brands.

This is a hybrid role, with a preference for someone based in Houston, TX to assist with on-site content capture at select events.

What You’ll Do

  • Support content calendar planning and organization

  • Assist with content scheduling and posting across platforms

  • Organize content, captions, and asset libraries

  • Create light graphics and edits using Canva

  • Assist with on-site content capture (photo/video) for events (Houston-based preferred)

  • Support internal systems and task management (Asana, Google Drive, etc.)

  • Assist with general admin and client onboarding tasks

Who You Are

  • Interested in marketing, branding, or content creation

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable using (or willing to learn) tools like Canva, Instagram, and Google Drive

  • Strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excited to work across different industries and types of clients

Details

  • Location: Remote + Hybrid (Houston, TX preferred)

  • Start Date: End of May / Early June

  • Hours: ~8–10 hours per week

  • Compensation: Monthly stipend (up to $500, based on project load)

  • College Credit: Available if applicable (must be approved by your school, counselor, or professor based on program requirements)
